I understand about winning by raffle but I thought I read something about who had the most points also wins. If that is true are the points we enter in the sweepstakes counted and kept track of or do you just save them and not enter the sweepstakes. Also how do you win gift cards, the scratch game?

We had problems with emails that is why we have a huge backlog. As you know we switched out servers and now we do not have anymore email issues!

I am writing to you again about the credits that I am not receiving. This week alone using google chrome every night, My first scratch of the night I hit 500 credits 3x on the first try and it never was addded. I also hit 200 credits on the first try Monday and Tuesday and that was not added either. That is 2,100 credits that I am missing. Am I the only one this is happening to. I like playing this game, but, I feel cheated. I hope you can correct this asap because I am losing interest when this happens and it is happening too often.
